George Mason University’s Fall for the Book 2008 website has gone live!
Fall for the Book is GMU’s Book Festival, one of the largest in the country. It goes from September 21st to 26th this year and showcases the work of some of the most fantastic authors around while orchestrating a number of disscussions on relevent topics to both writers and readers. It’s pretty much the most fun you can have in one week and if you are anywhere near the Northern Virginia area, I’d highly recomend you stop by.
This year Michael Cunningham has been named the Fairfax Prize Winner.
You can see more in their blog as well.
Check it out!
I’m psyched for FFTB as I am each year, but I can’t say I’m as wowed by the current author list. Anybody in particular you recommend I check out in advance?
